Reorganised

Anecdote

Hmm, it seems that Stanstead Airport has reorganised its customer experience since I was last here. They've moved airport security to the left of the main terminal instead of having it in the middle. This is space previously occupied by restaurants, but there are now restaurants where security used to be.

I can't say that either security or restaurant quality has been improved by this change, but they do seem to have more scanners so you get a choice of where to wait to be told to remove arbitrary items of clothing.

Hint: if you wear a long jumper that obscures your belt, then when they tell you to remove your belt you can ignore them, they don't know you have one..
