Weird

Oppositeish the desanctified church where my elder daughter had her wedding a couple of weeks ago is this shop:



I think it's named after a Jimi Hendrix album.

It's in a terrible condition, and doesn't look as if it's ever open. It's the kind of establishment that would have been shut down years ago if it were in Colchester, and turned into either a barber's, a nail bar, a café or a charity shop. Bristol, though, seems to keep them around as part of the street ambience.

It's nice that no-one has broken into it and stolen all the classic-era instruments, though. Criminals in Bristol must respect their environment more than the ones we have in Colchester do.
