Anecdote

I used to think this was quite amusing when I was a small child.

It's the front of a postcard that was sent to my grandparents 14th August 1938, which perhaps explains why it's so battered.

Thanks to the miracle of scanners, I no longer have to keep it. That's good: I feel like I want to wash my hands every time I touch it.

I'm wondering if I should clean my scanner now, too.
