Anecdote
Just when I was wondering what I was going to post today, an email arrived that basically said "Read this 31-page document". It was marked as urgent.
I like it when an email arrives that's marked as urgent. It means the author is desperate and doesn't believe that what they want people to do will actually be done by any of them.
It won't be done by me, that's for sure.
