Anecdote
It's the Great British Birdwatch this weekend, in which my wife is an enthusiastic participant.
Normal bird-watrcher: "Ah, a female blackbird."
My wife: "I'm watching you, pigeon. I'm watching you."
It's raining at the moment, so there will be fewer birds out and about. This means she won't have to remember so many faces to avoid counting them twice.
