Working from home, sometimes the doorbell goes and I have to get up and answer it. This isn't a problem normally, but if I'm in the middle of a Zoom call it can mean I suddenly disappear.

What I want to be able to do is to change my profile picture to be something other than a photograph of me, which tells people why I'm not currently there but will be shortly. Zoom won't let me do that easily, though, so instead I have a background I can switch on while I go to remonstrate with whoever has had the temerity to deliver parcels we have ordered to our house.

If I could have dynamic text as my camera-off image, that would be great.

In MMO raids, people use afk, bio and brb all the time. You'd have thought Zoom might have picked up on some of that.
