Here's an elephant my mother gave me in the apparent belief that I liked it:


It's about 39mm high and made of a not especially heavy stone.

What do you think? It's probably some tourist tat from India or Africa, but it could be a chessman I suppose.

If you are an incredibly wealthy person who wishes to give me hundreds of thousands of pounds but is afraid I would turn down such a gift, this would be a great opportunity to pretend you think it's an incredible piece of neolithic art that you are willing to buy from me in cash.
