Outburst
We have a delivery lorry coming round today to drop off some bathroom stuff we ordered. The company helpfully called us yesterday to tell us when to expect it: "They'll arrive some time between 7:30 and 6 o'clock".
Ah, there's courtesy for you. If they hadn't called, I would have been trapped in the house the whole day.
