Anecdote
ATM: Do you want cash only, cash and receipt only, cash and balance only, or cash and both balance and receipt?
Me: Cash only.
ATM: Here you go. Do you want your balance?
Me: No.
ATM: Do you want a receipt?
Me: No.
It's good to know that automatic telling machines pay exactly the same lack of attention to what customers say as real tellers.
