Anecdote
I finally finished my marking. Cutting down on my feedback to the same amount everyone else provides meant it only took 30 minutes per CE217 assignment instead of 90. I'm now free to write next term's lectures and two upcoming talks, oh, and read 9 final-year project reports (or 8, as I suspect one of them is going to choke and not hand theirs in). That's after tomorrow's staff meeting...
