Screen Shot

Anecdote

We got a large TV just after Christmas. Needless to say, it was sufficiently large that everything on it looked blurred; as a consequence, it was only a matter of time before my wife cracked and took out a subscription to a high definition channel. We had a man with a van come round on Friday to install the dish, and now we can see everything in the same tremendous detail we could when we had a smaller TV that we sat closer to.

Fortunately, we got it some time after my appearance on Games Britannia, otherwise who knows what psychological damage exposure to my complexion would have done to my children?

Here's a screenshot of it, by the way, which I did for the university:

It really is a screen shot: I took a photograph of my monitor with my camera, because the CODEC necessary to view it doesn't allow screen capture (presumably for reasons of public safety). This particular picture is where I'm saying something that makes me sound a right prat if you didn't hear the caveats I said before it. Yes, OK, I would probably have sounded like a right prat even if you did hear me say them, but at least this was I can believe I might not have done.
