This was a headline in today's Guardian Guide, which is their pull-out what's on supplement:

What's interesting here is that the article concerns movies about war. It has nothing to do with World of Warcraft, the virtual world; it's just there as a weak pun, which is de rigeur among sub-editors of UK newspapers.

I think it's rather encouraging that an MMO's name can be used in this fashion; it suggests that people who don't play them have nevertheless heard of them.
