To the many individuals who work on passport control at Heathrow Terminal 3, here's a quick suggestion to improve customer care: don't have one line served by two passport control officers and the adjacent two lines served by one passport officer. This means that the lucky line is served at four times the rate of the unlucky lines. People in the unlucky lines will notice this and could in error think that WAITING 40 MINUTES to have their passport GLANCED AT by a bored official was an indication of COMPLETE DISREGARD for human life.
