1 in 52

Weird

Think of a card, any card. I'm going to guess what card it is you're thinking of. You're allowed to change your mind.

Got it?

OK, the card you're thinking of is this one.

Spooky, isn't it?

(Explanation follows...)

SPOILER SPACE

(Explanation)

Well, spooky for 1 in 52 of you. Actually, I chose the card completely at random. 51 people out of 52 will be unimpressed, but 1 in 52 will be utterly astounded at my amazing powers of mind-reading.

Yesterday, for the first time in about 3 years, I actually did manage to guess the card purely at random (and it was the one above). It's great when it happens! Try it on your friends: even if you don't guess the right card (which is 51 times out of 52), you get a laugh out of the "1 time in 52 I totally spook people" line.

Oh, and the the rest of you, the very first card you thought of before you changed your mind was the ace of spades.
