The Civilization IV patch is finally out! Yes! Yes!
I installed it, and played right the way to 400BC on a huge map (random, American Midwest). It was much better than before, with no jerky graphics or anything. Yes!
Of course, at 400BC the game hung on me, and leaving it for 30 minutes to unhang itself was no remedy whatsoever.
Still, at least it made it to 400BC.
