Weird
My wife ordered three one-litre cartons of Ocean Spray Cranberry Classic from Sainsbury's. They only had one such carton in stock, though, so they're sending us that and substituting the other two cartons with ... a pack of four one-litre cartons of Ocean Spray Cranberry Classic.
Looks as if they need a new rule in the substitution algorithm there.
