One of these examination questions I'm currently marking calls for the candidate to create a scratch non-player character. I'm struck by the way that most of them give height in feet and inches but weight in kilograms.
Give it another half century and the metrification of the UK may be approaching something close to completeness.
No, candidates don't lose marks for mixing units. I don't actually need them to give heights and weights in their answers.
