My mother doesn't remember it, so gawd knows why my grandmother had it. It has no markings on it, and seems to be made out of some kind of pottery. My wife had a look around the Internet for help, and although there are dolls that look a bit like it she can't find any that look the same.
I'd have thrown it in the skip we hired last month, but it might have become an unpleasant surprise for the recyclers who root through that stuff. It looks liek a dead baby and is probably made of asbestos or something.
