Anecdote
Ah, March 1st! A sunny but windy day — ideal conditions for my wife to tell me that the grass needs cutting. This is her way of saying that I need to cut it.
Fortunately, the bottom of the garden is waterlogged so I only had to mow a third of it. This does herald the loss of one afternoon every non-rainy weekend between now and November, though. Sigh...
