True Size

I keep seeing posts on Facebook showing "just how big" Texas is by packing its outline with those of other states.

I don't get why people would go on about the size of their state when it isn't even the largest.

Area of Texas: 695,662 km2.
Area of Alaska: 1,723,337 km2.

It would be like residents of Lincolnshire harping on about how you can fit Rutland, Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Hertfordshire and Surrey within its borders.

Why yes, Yorkshire is the biggest county in England, now you come to mention it.
