Anecdote
I wasn't expect it to be Christmas Dinner day at the university today, but it was. Apparently, it's Christmas Dinner day all week.
I also wasn't expecting to see a Muslim guy attempting to persuade another Muslim guy to try the bacon off his pig-in-blanket (not pigs, because they only serve you one). He succeeded, too, even though the bacon was underdone (well, mine was, anyway).
Christmas is certainly multicultural here.
