Suspicious Liquid

Weird

For reasons that can easily be spun as to do with recycling, the university has removed the bins from offices and many teaching rooms. This means that the cleaners are freed up to do other things or something. It also means that they don't go into every room every day to empty the bins, so if irresponsible people leave rubbish around then the cleaners don't see it and remove it. Some forms of rubbish, people can't bin anyway, for example liquids.

This would be why I found this in the lecture room yesterday:



I've no idea what it is and (more to the point) have no desire to know what it is, either.
