Anecdote
When I registered for the conference today, I got a gift — an iPod. Acually, it was two gifts, the other being a business card holder with two compartments (one for cards to give out; one for cards received). It took a while to figure out that the business card holder wasn't the iPod. The consensus among the staff who handed it out was that the business card holder was cooler than that iPod; it's certainly going to be put to use when I return to the hotel.
I guess I'd better put the iPod in the room safe, only that would involve getting on my hands a knees. They put me in a wheelchair-accessible room (on the nineteenth floor!), so things are in weird places. Even the shower looks drive-in.
