I'm prepared to accept that someone might have multiple genders, but all of them? Some genders are mutually exclusive, and others don't have one anyway. The "of all genders" should either be "of any or no gender" or be removed completely.
If it's an attempt to pass off a message about toilet attendants as a paradox, it's not working.
