Anecdote
The woman in front of me in the queue at the surgery reception desk this morning had a complicated problem to do with 8 prescription items that were allocated monthly but needed to be allocated weekly, but one of them had run out and she needed it today. It took a good 5-10 minutes for the receptionist to deal with her problem, during which the line behind me got quite long.
Thus, the audience when I asked for a urine sample pot was quite large.
