This notice is on the door to the (men's) lavatories at the end of my office corridor.
The first thing it shows is that students are more impatient now than they used to be: they won't read anything with too many words in it. The hand-written note is basically the summary necessary to get round this "too long; didn't read" mentality.
The second thing it shows is that the Estate Management Section is unaware that the disabled lavatory right next to this one is open for, er, business, as are the male lavatories two floors directly above. Instead, we're directed to inconvenient conveniences a hundred yards away.
The wi-fi doesn't work for my office corridor either, but people still try to use it.
