I filled in a customer service form today to tell Ford how well/badly they did when they serviced my car a couple of weeks ago. All went well until I got to this:
Answers were on a 5-point Likert scale, from "strongly agree" to "strongly disagree". I shudder to think what they'll do with the answers. I particularly like the way they want you to answer an absolute "100%" question in terms of relative agreement.
Needless to say, the only one I did strongly agree with was "At Lookers Ford - Colchester I always know what to expect".
Still, at least the form wasn't a complete washout. I got to say something productive:
