British Telecom: you might want to check the line speeds of the people your sales staff cold-call before they make their cold call. That way, they're less likely to be subjected to a rant when they attempt to sell BT Broadband Sports to people with a broadband connection that scrapes 1.8mbps on a good day.
Why yes, I do speak from personal experience (as a ranter).
