Roads

When I heard that the popular uprising in Egypt was centred on Tahrir Square in Cairo, I recalled our Egyptian holiday in 1989. I wanted to know where that was in relation to the Egyptian Museum, as I remember wandering around that part of the city, so I checked on Google Maps. It's just southeast of it.

Looking at the map, though, I was reminded of the roads at the other side of the Egyptian museum:



Yes, that's Cairo. No wonder the drivers spend their whole time honking their horns as if that were what powered their vehicles.
