2:04pm on Saturday, 14th April, 2007:
I don't know why, but all the freebie hair/face/body wash products in this hotel smell of warm, cinnamon muffins. Normally, the various parts of the suite are different, but this time they are integrated into a single package. The only thing I haven't tested is the mouthwash, which comes with a foil seal such that I'd feel guilty and have to use the stuff if I broke it.
Sadly, I dislike cinnamon quite profoundly, so wandering around smelling of a warm, cinnamon muffin is unpleasant in addition to being merely weird.
At the Indiana Memorial Union where I stayed earlier in the week, the soap smelled of orange blossom. It was so good that if it had been made of anything vaguely fat, protein or carbohydrate I'd have eaten it.
