Outburst
Whenever John Stapleton on GM TV wants to thank a guest, or viewers for writing emails, or a reporter filing a report, he always says "thank you very much indeed". Not "thank you" or "thank you very much", but "thank you very much indeed".
I guess he must really mean it...
