Anecdote
We seem to have some new cutlery for the takeaway food outlets across campus.
Previously, we had plastic knives, forks and spoons. Now, we have sporks that are made from roughly the same amount of plastic as a knife, fork and spoon combined.
There's probably some ecologically sound reason for adopting them, but I'm still going to need two if I want to use a fork and a spoon for the same meal.
