Deer Head

Anecdote

My mother has this large ornament featuring a couple of Bambi-style deer. As with anything breakable in her house, she eventually broke it and the head came off one of the deer.

That's OK, though, because it was a clean break so she could fix it.

Blu-tack: the universal fixing solution.

Sometimes, I think I should maybe leave her a tube of superglue, but I know that if I did she'd use it on paper and I'd end up having to use solvent to unstick her fingers.

This deer head looks in a lot better shape than the one I found in the garden last month.
