I'm going to Bristol today to talk to a bunch of fellow heathens about what it's like being a god. Anyway, I'm meeting up with my elder daughter beforehand, so I thought I ought to try find somewhere I can wait if she has either not switched her phone on, not charged her phone up, forgotten to bring her phone with here, put her phone where she can't hear it ringing, or the phone system is down. Not that I speak from bitter previous experience or anything.

I therefore took a quick trip to Google Earth to see if I could find somewhere I could wait where I won't get either rained on or savaged by wandering monsters. I picked a spot, zoomed to street view, and this is what I saw:



Hmm. I won't be waiting there, then.
