Weird
Yesterday I drove up Clingoe Hill in Colchester and the new electronic road sign there told me that there were delays because of an accident. OK, except there wasn't an accident — the road was clear.
This is what met my eyes when I went up Clingoe Hill about an hour ago:
Two police cars, three ambulances, two badly smashed-up cars (one on either side of the dual carriageway): no reported incidents.
Maybe they're showing the signs a day in advance or something.
